Nature’s Wisdom Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is a plant oil made from cold-pressed evening primrose seeds grown in pollution-free New Zealand. EPO is high in the essential fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), also known as omega-6. GLA is thought to provide anti-inflammation support, balance hormonal regulation and support skin and brain health.

Encapsulating Aids

Take 2-3 capsules daily with food or as professionally prescribed. Capsules can be pierced and applied directly to skin.
